Room was too dark; trouble finding things in our suitcase; room has in adequate lighting fixtures; old fashioned tired old style hotel; drove our pick up truck and there was not room to park in in the crowded parking lot; parking lot is designed to maximize spaces but takes away proper egress and room to manuever. Bed was only average; I needed help on my reservation and I asked two different people at the front desk; neither could help me nor did they seem like they cared; I felt like I bothered them. Not a very happy place considering their in the business of catering to people on vacation. the room was clean;

I stayed here a few times now and never had a serious complaint, but unfortunately they had a wedding party Saturday night in the main lobby and courtyard and wasn’t really able to use any of those areas and the bed was so soft it I could feel the box spring under it.

The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is very close to the lake and a walkable distance to Heavenly Village where there are shops and restaurants.
The parking at the hotel is a little challenging; we were there during the week so we could get a spot, but I think it would be difficult on the weekends. I also wish they had breakfast, but they don’t. They do have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby daily and free beer/wine during happy hour.

Nice place to stay, downtown is so close to walk and lake is pretty close too. Rooms were small it felt crowded with 4 people in the room(was a 2 queen bed room) I didn’t like the fact they close the lobby because they had private event that weekend we were there, it was inconvenient!

It was close to the beach and a walkable distance to the shopping center. Plus it was cozy for the price and had a pool and fireplace. Only thing that I felt was missing was having 24/7 house keeping

Overall it was very good. Hotel is in a great location with walking access to many things, including a great beach. The only thing that wasn’t great is the mattresses in beds, although nice and clean, were VERY Firm. I woke up with back aches each day

This was likenstaying in an old ski hostel with some cosmetic upgrades. It was fine, roomy, good for dogs, pool looked nice, restaurant on site but really over-priced. Staff was apathetic

Really nice place, quiet neighborhood but close to everything, room very cute and clean and staff very welcoming. Common areas were so nice. Highly recommend the Toulouse restaurant. Had our anniversary dinner there and food and service was fantastic.
